This is an artisanal product based on my great-grandmother's recipe for an all-natural spicy pepper relish. We cook our relishes in small batches using fresh, local ingredients. The Switch will not overwhelm your food-it's crafted to compliment your favorite dish. Try it with hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, mac n cheese, beans and greens, deviled eggs, pimento cheese-or anything that needs a bit of personality.
