This is a modern riff on my great-grandmother's recipe for an all-natural spicier pepper relish. We cook our relishes in small batches using fresh, local ingredients. Cape Fear will not overwhelm your food-it's crafted with citrus, pineapple and habanero peppers to compliment your favorite dish. Try it with fish tacos, baked brie, hummus, pork tenders, seafood risottos, tuna salad, egg salad, pizza, mac n cheese-or anything that needs a bit of personality.
